such a wrost experience in in aswin hotel.they want money only not customers satisfaction not even open the gates in the late nite. I booked room in that hotel and I reached early morning 4am no one is there to open the hotel gate I waited 1hr and called so many times finally they opened at 5 and check in and check out timings also wrost 12 to 12 whenever you go that doesn't Matter u need to vacate at sharp 12 o clock...

There were bed bugs on mattress. There was no hot water facility in the room where I have stayed. and the hotel staff did not bothered to inform me about the same. For the same reason, I did not have a bath on the first day of my stay. And afterwards the staff informed me about the hot water issue in the room and also told me that they will change my room.

Very horrible experience as there no hot water facility during my entire stay.Room does not have the facility of hot water. On 2nd day they gave me another room even in that room I had to struggle for the hot water but not there. There was bed bug in my bed on the first day however hotel people were very good trying to help. Location was in main city.

worst experience... they refused to give room at time of check in to property and thereafter they give room at other property. very pathetic.
