I booked super delux room for 2 with AC No AC NO charging point No toilet paper No towel NO TV - only show peace Sleepless night because of no AC MOSQUITO bite No customer service No intercom Don't answering the phone calls 0 star option was not there otherwise i would have been given the o start . Sleep at 80 ghat but dont book this hotel

If you are visiting Banaras then this hotel is very good. With its location you can reach all the places quickly. Budget wise it is also very good. It is very difficult to find such a good hotel in this budget and the best thing is that the staff and owner both are too good. Please make your trip enjoyable by staying here.

Horrible experience to stay at this guest house. Water Tap U/S , TV not working. The blanket was smelling. We have booked for 3 people but they have provided only a double bed. No arrangement for 3rd person. Don't go to such a place

Room was not available in the hotel inform telephonically on the day we reached they booked room to another hotel i pay for 6 rooms but they provide only 5 rooms worst experience.Pathetic.Really poor service and their arrangements

Except location everything is bad. hotel is in very narrow lane. In same price you will get much more better rooms. And hotel owner is liar don't believe his words. Not recommend for family.
