This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed. I have booked 2 ac rooms, when I get there to check in, the owner said they haven't get the money, then me and my family had to wait almost 40 min for them to solve the problem, then another 30min for them to clean the rooms. it wasn't really cleaned, bad smell from the wash room, full of mosquitoes inside both the ac rooms. when I complain about this the owner said 'you guys better leave' where would I go at night with my little baby and family so we decided to stay, but arround 3.15 am a group of people came to the lodge for rooms and started making lots of loud noise, we couldn't sleep after that. I would never recommend this place to anybody....

the BM lodge, annamalai in formed that the partnership already cancelled and not accepted the on line registration. I very much disappointed your service. please arrange to cancell my booking and returned my booking amount.
