Once the customer reaches there hotel they tell them that they have already gave there room to someone else. Now customer is left with two options 1. He can go to another hotel. 2. They offer him another room at higher price, saying that this is bigger room then what you have booked (while actually it is exact same room).FRIENDS please be very CAREFUL while booking these budget hotels, they do not honour there booking. You will end up paying more for dirty, suffocating, cockroaches filled room.Maine is hotel main room book kia. Booking k baad maine hotel main call bhi kia or unko confirm karne ko bola ki aap ko booking mil chuki hai,inlogo ne confirm kia ki Yes booking mil gai hai.Check in ki din main 10:15 AM par hotel pahuncha. They said k agar aap early check in karenge toh apko extra pay karna padega ( which is fair). But maine kaha I will wait, main breakfast karke aata hun or 12 PM par check in karunga. Jab main 11:45 AM par vapas aaya tab in logo ne bola ki aapke room main jo customer hai usne stay extend kar dia. Ab inka game start hua. They said ki unke paas ek or room hai jo is se bada hai,

The staff was not cooperative, they charged Rs. 500 extra for guest visitor, they don't even provide a single water bottle. they provide a different room from the image. staff behavior rating 1 out 5 hotel rating 2.5 out of 5
