unassuming rooms, nice flooring, good ventilating system even with ac. Nice location if you have TISS interview. overall nothing to complain about, yet nothing to write a sweet symphony about either given the price you're paying. which i guess is budget for some? at this point i don't really know anymore.

The hospitality of bahri residency is perfect. so if you are planning to stay in mumbai or gone their for any of your business meeting then do stay in this hotel becoz it will make you feel that you are not in hotel but returned to your home.

Interior to be improved, very old building no painting on walls, bathroom not clean. Telephone was not working and not even a bell to call the helper. But location is good, and no nearby budget restaurant. Everything is expensive nearby.

the room was not swept clean and bathroom was in pity state. Since I had paid in full I was forced to stay here. Only good thing is the location and the receptionist/manager was a good and hospitable person

I had booked the hotel room for my parents. The location was perfect. The staff members were cooperative and courteous. It was a comfortable stay. But the hotel rooms need to be renovated and maintained.

Located near the chembur which was a plus for me. The room was great and i got it from ibibo on a very economic price. Staff is very helpful and has a good parking facility.Overall a nice place to stay.

There's no restaurant. Rooms are not maintained well. Not at all recommended for Family stay. If you are travelling for any work nearby this area, then this hotel can be used for freshen up.
