SEING THE GOOD REVIEWS I BOOKED THIS HOTEL AND STAYED THERE FOR ONE NIGHT WITH MY WIFE. TO REACH THERE FROM THE AIRPORT IT TOOK 2HRS, THE APPROACH IS MOST DIFFICULT. IT IS ON A SMALL DIRTY CONJUSTED LANE. ROOMS ARE OK, TOILETRIES NO GOOD, CLEANLINESS OK, FOOD OK BREAKFAST LIMITED ITEMS. IT IS NOT WORTH FOR MONEY THEY CHARGE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT EVEN FOR MYSELF FOR MY NEXT VISIT. RECEPTIONISTS ARE WELL BEHAVED AND CARING.

..it has written that hotel will provide welcome Minaral water and breakfat in free, but the hotel did not provide these facility. In addition to this Reception staff behave was not good and they dont have the sense of talking that in which manner they should talk. They were telling that why i did not beg the water and breakfast??? ... Hotel staff did not ask or talk to us for free Water and breakfast. Very bad ,...

services is very bad. I have order ice cube at 8:30 they give me at 9:15around and when I again say for ice cube they will reply sorry sir we don't have ice now. For other part hostel is good and I will suggest if take dinner, so take dinner at taries. because view is nice at night

This hotel is situated near aasi ghat that's why people stay there, other wise every thing is so so , rooms are not very good, breakfast was not good, rates of food are expensive, staff was quite good

Good location. Vegetarian Cuisine with a limited menu. Executive Room is good but toiletries like toothpaste, shaving kit, grooming kit, liquid soap dispenser were missing. Still recommended.

अस्सी घाट पर वैसे तो दर्जनों होटल हैं पर बनारस हवेली मुझे सबसे बेहतरीन लगा। उसपर goibbo ने जो डिस्काउंट दिया उसने इस सफर का मजा दुगुना कर दिया।
