Worst Service - You will regret it if you book here. We had booked a stay here. We were not able to make it, as one of our family members had a medical emergency. We have raised the cancellation request under medical emergency and submitted relevant medical documents. They did not refund the amount and also rejected the rescheduled request. Staffs/Front desk manager is very rude. At least they should have some humanity, it's someone's hard-earned money. They are declining the refund request even though the medical proofs and documents were submitted according to the cancellation policy

This resort is really one of the best resorts around bandipura. Newly built property with small playing area for kids and snooker, carrom board with swiming pool ... Rooms are very spacious with balcony and latest amenities and attached resturant with veg and non veg food . Food was very good and freshly served . Resort manager was very friendly and interacts with all customers and helped us to get few things from town on urgent basis . It would be really great if stay + 3 times buffet introduced as a package ...

excellent resort for stay and comfortable rooms , nice swimming pool, lawn area and many more one more thing is access to many good destinations like ooty and waynad so on peaceful time to spend with family in the swimming pool,rain dance, snooker and dinner at lawn

the staff were very friendly and the service was good. we went on new year's eve so it was a bit pricy. other than that money worth it for normal days. the resort is good in that price range. pool was maintained clean. suite room was spacious
