very very very poor and worst service in hotel banyan Ville courtallam . There is no proper room service . Toilets are worst than the govt. bustand toilet with no water supply. we had booked for 4 members but they had given only 3 bed with no cot for the 4rth person who had slept on the floor with our bed sheet telling that they will provide the cot. We had tried calling multiple times the hotel reception which is not going or not working or not picking up.very much frustrated. The only reason we stayed is that the we had paid the money and there is no time for the another arrangements at that time of arrival to hotel as we r carrying 1 yr kid too as we had other scheduled works. Hotel person is giving another person phone no to contact for the room service.Also that person is telling the room service person is leave or unavailable today. There is no proper checking with not getting the ID proof.

They didn't attend my call, and there is no hotel in the name of banyanville, the address which they have given is fake, contact number which they have given not attend and not reachable always, don't book and loose your money like me, they have cheated me Rs.3092 for three days,
