Newly renovated property with old AC. Although AC switched on, it didn't work. It was unbearable in May. Staffs came to check few times, as soon as they saw the light on AC, they said it was ok and left. They had no intention to offer solution. Staffs were unhelpful. The stranger in front or the hotel saw me struggling with my suitcase alone, he asked hotel staff to help me. The staff went away immediately and disappeared. Pathetic!! Hotel location was good. Shower room is fine. Room was spacious but full of windows if you like blackout sleeping, there is no chance here. The room was cleaned but old. Don't expect it has anything to do with 'boutique' style.

This place deserves everything, I had wonderful experience while staying there it's s great place to stay it is located near Gangaur ghat in a lane filled with amazing cafes, bathroom is clean beds are soft and issue resolution is top notch I had booked balcony lake view hotel which was amazing Tamil Bhai is friendly
