Hotel situated near Gandhi Market in dalhousie (prime location to travel other places of attractions). Very nice experience with Bear valley, stayed 3 nights there. Rooms are same as in pics in hotel booking apps. Rooms were clean and arranged. The view from parking area ( top of hotel ) is stunning. Staff their was very efficient and cooporative, always ready to help. All demands fulfilled in short span of time. I would like to suggest the property for a wonderful holiday experience in Dalhousie.

The location was excellent, its walking distance from the main city area, so didn't faced any difficulty while reaching there. Room & washroom was comfortable and it spacious as well.Staffs were great but the service was not up the mark.We have tried the food, it was also fine & quality was also good. Overall everything was fine & good.

Location was in the main city area, but after reaching to the city faced difficulty to reach to the hotel.Staffs was not good & their behavior was very rude towards us, however service was okay and room was neat & clean,even the food was also good.Just because of the staffs behavior I would rate it as 2.

The location was fine it was near to the Gandhi chock market area but hotel was not up to the mark.It was a unhygienic hotel,linen was dirty,washroom was not clean,taps was broken,Almira door was broken,WiFi was there but not working.My stay was not good.

It's a nicely located hotel in dalhousie. Rooms are adequately large to accmodate a family of four. Bathroom is good but can be more cleaned. Food is OK.. nothing exceptional but this can be individualistic perception. Staff is friendly and cooperative.

Hotel was really nice and stay was comfortable.Staff was well mannered and cooperative. Staff Abhishek was really helpful and informative, Food was also good. Only cupboard door was not functioning well. Rest every thing was good.

It was a great experience to stay at this hotel. It provides a play area for kids. The rooms were spacious and clean. location is also near mall.There is lift facility and the room service boy was very cooperative.
