Bern Hostel by vibe village, Viman Nagar near airport

The Earlier Staff was very cooperative. They mention breakfast but only provide one limited item which they bring from outside and Tea and only Black Coffee in case you want to have Coffee. Earlier they used to provide buffet breakfast which has been stopped now. Only except Rohit one of the Staff,everyone else attitude is very high. Bread was not available 2 times in last week . Excuses were given by Receptionist that the Bread person didn't deliver Wheras Bread is such a common thing which can be arranged any given moment in 10 minutes maximum from Blinkit or any sites. Night Watchman when I asked him to give pillow as it was not there on 1st day,while giving it to me in attitude told me it's not his duty and he is doing favour in giving me and there is no night duty person and that Housekeeping is not his duty. New Boys except Rohit are so lazy and in their own world doesnt care about customers and sit Aramse having own breakfast and not bothered about the Guests at all. Place is very good but the Staff needs to change their attitude towards the Customer and learn more about Customer service.

This "hostel" is only good for people who need a place to sleep for 1 night, very near to the airport to catch a flight. It's in a very subdued location. They frequently get customers checking in at odd hours during the night, so your sleep will be disturbed. It is not like a traditional hostel, they have converted studio and 2BHK flats into hostel, so you won't get the coziness and comfort that you get in traditional hostels.Pros:1. Good food2. Close to the airport (good only for people that want to catch a flight or those who have landed at odd hours)3. Daily cleaning4. Decent common areasCons:1. Frequent flow of people in the rooms at odd hours with no regard to sleeping guests.2. Huge mosquito problem at evening and night for which they do nothing.3. A bit shady location with narrow access roads4. Beds, blankets and pillows are of low quality and not much comfortable.5. No centralized AC, just a split AC which can either cool too much or not at all.6. Not at all recommended for people that want a place to stay for more than 1 day.

Everything was great for a hostel stay. I had booked a bed in 4 sharing. Everything was neat and clean, washrooms were clean, water was provided, pillow and blankets too. Locker is given on 200 refundable deposit basis. My booking had a complimentary breakfast on the morning of checkout. It was decent too, having served bread er, butter jam, boiled eggs, puri and boondi raita, bananas, tea, and coffee, too. You will get hostel vibes, and there is a common room with some games and a small gym setup and also a garden area in the front and a hall on the ground floor. My experience in one word would be "Neat."Things were hassle free, and the caretaker showed me my room and explained everything well. The price was decent, too. I would most likely be booking with them every time I have to come for a day stay or so in Pune.

It was one of my most enjoyable stays in Pune at a reasonable price. The staff and management were very courteous and helpful. They were very accommodating and made sure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and hygienic. They provided a delicious complimentary breakfast for everyone. I felt very much at home during my stay.
