Location is superb with eye soothing view from the balcony. Very Chilled weather. Buffet Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff is ready help all the time. Uphill road leading to the resort is adventurous except last 100 meters where it gets too adventurous and too much of anything is too bad. If the management ponder upon repairing the road, this resort is one the best resorts in Ooty at a reasonable price. It is very pleasant even after dark, the view gets enlightened and the fireflies in the garden beautifies the atmosphere. Last but not the least, peaceful spiritual meditation at the balcony is something to try in this natural atmosphere. Would come back again Insha Allah.

have spent 2 days in the Berry Hills Resort and during my stay I have not encountered hitches or problems. Every worker I interacted with was actually outstanding. Right from the reception, Mr. Shankar the Manager to eatery. I can confidently give you five stars. Your Hotel was on top of all standards. Very beautiful resort. Except the road needs repairing. But the kids found it adventurous to take the road towards the resort. Very good staff. The manager Shankar helped us check in as soon as we reached hotel. The food was amazing. I have never eaten so much on a holiday. Shout out to Santosh and Pradeep for their prompt services. Other staff was also cordial in attending our queries. Clean resort for family stay with an exemplary view.

good, liked itAfter booking sends berry hills resort location via whatsapp. don't follow the route they provide. after reaching ooty call berry hills office and they will guide the route Also try to check in before getting dark. there is high chance that route may get confused as it is located in top of the hills. Also there is no single sign board to get in to resort.

Berry hills is best hotel to stay. It’s absolutely value for money and the view from rooms or hotel is magnificent. It’s in top and little far from city place which is adding a plus point to it. Absolutely clam and serene place. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience, the food was the bestest if like indian. Creame of chicken soup is a must! The view from the top is also great. Staff is too friendly, cleaning is also good. Climbing the hill is the task, but its worth the stay and the money..

Location is excellent. Staffs are polite and helpful - especially i would like to mention Saravanan and Manikandan. Foods are tasty although option are less. Only challenge is approaching road to hotel.
