Best Western Darbar Delhi

The Hotel has a great location the on main road of Paharganj and is close to Connaught Place. The Cleanliness level is High and the front-desk is prompt. I am thankful to them for giving me an early check-in but the Hotel maintenance staff needs to do more to deserve being looked up as a Best Western Brand. I travelled solo for business and stayed for 2N. In the morning on both the days i was woken up by a constant disturbance of some renovation work happening on the floor/terrace above, imagine as early as 8.00 a.m. The Bathroom shower was obsolete and needed to be changed and similarly the door lock of my room no. 205 door that would just not get locked when leaving.

I had booked deluxe , they switched to standard ac room by saying the guest has not vacated my delice room. Either i had to wait for next 2 hours or other room which had No facilities, were provided. Receptionist says if guest needs then they can provide on calls. No soap, towels on call. Dental kit, comb etc nothing was there on my arrival. They will not provide you water bottle. Wi-fi of my room was interrupted then repaired in my presence. I was calling them for every single thing. No cleaning after repairing of my wifi under table of my room. Bad experience, in such large amount.

Our stay at best Western Darbar delhi, was a pleasant one. It was more of a transit stay. Location is good. Close to new delhi station as well as isbt. Got a really good deal at goibibo. The staff was polite & cooperative. Food was tasty. We had lunch & supper and it was yumm The room was neat & clean. Hygienic bathroom and kimirica toiletries. Also staff was prompt in assisting us with transfers and providing gst bill. I'd recommend this hotel & would stay here in our next visit too.

the bathroom heath faucet has too much of high pressure and it hurts, the bathroom shower room did not had door which got all water to come out while shower. the hot and cold water mixer was a little difficult to get the right temperature. dinner was good. breakfast had literally very few items. the staff would forget curd request and paratha for my colleague took time. reception staff were polite but need a little training. cleaning is good so 5star for housekeeping
