Best Western Plus Amritsar

Hotel location is good, middle of Queen's road so easy to locate. Service: We had only 1 day lunch and (3 days) complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Food quality is good. Rooms are very clean. I was booked for 2 standard rooms but both were upgraded to Delux rooms. Must compliment the reception staff and hotel management for the same. Hotel is good to stay for business and families including friends. Check in and check out was smooth and I did get a discount of 20% on food and beverages as promised on the booking voucher (Goibibo). Things that could be better: speed of food service could have been better. On all 3 days we had issues with TV as the message on cable (Airtel) always said due to bad weather channels cannot be seen or something similar. This when there was no rain / thunderstorms, rather all 3 days were sunny. We called the maintenance guys twice but they could not fix the issue and called cable guys, who again did not fix the issue for 3 days. Hotel management should look into these small issues.

Worst experience ever. This hotel is by no way a 4 star property, more of like a 1 star stay. Broken knobs, dirty bedsheets, hanger on fire hydrant, no laundry bags and when asked for one they said sorry they are finished. No one there at concierge to carry your luggage, dirty dustbins with no liners placed, fridge didn't work and the list goes on. Manager doesn't care about customer experience at all. Highly will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Better you save money and book some other nearby gurudwara sahib. Dont waste your hard earned money thinking it to be a good property and you will get some exceptional experience as all best western properties are individually owned and not managed by brand itself. Thats clearly mentioned in the lift. Especial note for manager there, if you can't keep the promises then please don't make them. You need to learn hospitality.

Very poor stay. House keeping not responding . Drinking water availability time is too long. WiFi not working. Towels not replaced . Had to ask for replacement . No dustbins in the room . Pathetic Stay . Check In took a lot of time despite rooms were available. Room cleanliness was pathetic. House Keeping not responding. Basic immensities like water, Tea Bags, Towels not replenished even after reminders. Overall pathetic stay. Not recommended. I booked because you gad give 4 Star Ratings but it does not deserve even 2 stars . Total waste of money . Please change your ratings as we trust you and book accordingly. No value for money .

the hotel property did not meet expectations or match the description provided on the booking sites. it lacks basic hygiene, and the staff is extremely slow—any service request takes at least an hour. when we checked in, there were no towels, dental kits, or other essentials in the bathroom. the service quality is extremely poor. for instance, i ordered an omelet during breakfast, but it never arrived. overall, the hotel lacks basic amenities and is significantly overpriced. i would not recommend staying here if the cost exceeds ₹2500-₹3000, as it is just a basic hotel.
