not feel as per the standard of amount charged for one night stay without food. no proper bath kit available except one small soap and small sachet of clinic plus and that is only after demand. means in case of urgency it's ok otherwise if having sufficient time to search another option - must explore for the same

The stay and Service was fantastic. Rooms are spacious with a good ambience. Only vegetarian food is available but the quality is very good. The location is easy to access. Little things needed to be taken care of, like the geyser was not working. Overall it was good. Would choose to stay again.

I couldn't click photos but it was pathetic. The room has dirty. Door knob was jammed and had to sleep with my door opened all night. Services wasn't good either. Overall too bad. Not recommended unless someone is in dire need of a room and isn't able to manage somewhere else.

Excellent hospitality..Staff are very good and cooperative..food is excellent room service is good and location is also good.. need to improve little bit on washroom facilities otherwise as per location and budget the hotel provides all the necessary facilities

Despite of confirmed booking and full advance payment,hotel reception your two booked rooms have been allotted to other customer...This hotel cheated me shifting me and family to third class ...very disappointed..

Every one Bhagwat I palace over all soo good but service is so painful because if you order tea you have to wait for one and half hours and if you order dinner so you have to completely wait 2!hrs

Last time i visit Mirzapur and i stay hotel grand bhagwati, hotel is new constructed rooms are good, foods are also good but room service is delay but overall good experience
