The hotel was not upto the mark according to the tarrif they r charging. 2🌟 given only to the location & the room size and the bathroom otherwise the services and the breakfast provided deserve only 0 or 1star. at the time of check in, person at the front office was asking his manager/ owner that which room has to be given abd the person on the other side was asking that what amount has been charged (although it was an online booking thru Goibibo). only one water bottle was provided to 2 pax (totally unjustified). TV was not working (due to no recharge) even after complaining 2-3 times. the guy came and after checking said that it will be dome in 5 mins but don't know how long is their 5mins. And the worse pet is their breakfast. no buffet. only have to select only one dish from the preset menu along with tea or coffee. taste was ok only but the charges for breakfast was too high compared to the quantity & quality provided. breakfast service

services of the hotel bhagyaraj was poor as it seems to be like an unprofessional people’s were working their, no body attend phone at reception / house keeping. restaurant services was pathetic . tv was not working/ even no body was there to provide drinking water / tea. morning complimentary breakfast was given in room was worst. ( a simple aalu paratha was served without aachar / catchup / pickle or drinking water ) overall no body was there to attend the basic needs. restaurants charges for normal foods was like five star hotel and service was third class.

look wise it is ok room also ok services worst have to provide drinking water 1 bottle free but they charged also for rs. 30 per bottle not provide breakfast generally complimentary but they said no it is not included. morning should provide water but no such service n persons also available as for water to get three times called then they provide n it is also charged n cash taken

Multiple issues with the hotel- 1. Wi-fi not working - putting the blame on the service provider. 2. T.V. Channels not working - recharge was not done and several guests had the same complaint but the reception team was giving excuses and eventually did not recharge. 3. Air conditioner not working properly. Had to sleep in normal room temperature.

Bhagyaraj Hotel is Amazing Excellent hotel with exceptional service. They genuinely believe in service and are certainly not going through the motions ! From the security man to lobby staff, room service and housekeeping, service is exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. They take hospitality to a new level. Exceptional- thank you.

It was a great hospitality at the Hotel Bhagyaraj Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful when we ask them about any advise in city. Rooms were very comfortable. Services were provided at all times. . Location was perfect close to most of restaurants. I would strongly recommend it to family visitors or business passers.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.

Hotel's performance is average, everything here you will get average, You can't expect a lot of things here.My experience is that if you call the hotel directly they will offer you a higher room charge than if you book directly from the Goibibo it is better to book from sites.

The food quality in the hotel was not good. I have to ask for all the services and remind them to provide. No lash from the inside of the main door which makes some insecurity, as anyone could access the foot with the master card.

Service is just ok. Intercom was not working. Geyser is not working properly even after complaint there was no action taken by receptionist. Overall Hotel was just ok not good. Kanpur visit is good have spent good time there
