1. At the time of check-in it was conveyed that the room type we have booked are not the ones they allow with pets. Nowhere it has been mentioned. 2. We were charged 1500 more and were given other rooms type on name of up gradation. 3. Room light was gone, had to find the MCB box by myself and fix it coz they weren't available even after 3 calls.4. Non vegetarian food was not there in buffet. Sir we have only Jain/Gupta guests was his lame excuse. A hotel/resort claiming to be non veg is not serving that and upon asking why its not there he is ready to get it prepared but only 2 pieces as he's not having it in his kitchen. 5. No towels were there near the pool side despite of asking multiple times. For this he said sir kal pakka morning me milenge aapko waha and as expected the manager sahab didn't fulfill that. Seems Bhanwar singh ji towel bhi khud hi laate honge😒.6. Dryers were not present in the rooms and the lady at the reception said if u need them u need to call me. seriously!7. Pet friendly hotel /resort don't allow dog's entry from reception area and the backyard had many wild dogs who attacked my dog.At last and on top of that he started saying that we only had a soft launch. The property is marvellous but the managing staff is not.

it was a bad experience, while staying at bhanwar singh palace, jaipur. it is not at all value for money whatever amount they are charging but not delivering according to it. rooms in photo are big but actually they are not that big as shown online. very liimited breakfast option. they don't have buffet, they served us on table with limited option. in total it was very disappointing and waste of money. not at all recommendable. 👎

One of the finest property in Jaipur. Spent wonderful weekend with top class luxury. Food is delicious. Staff makes the place much more better to stay, such a kind staff, everyone from top to bottom were best with their hospitality and kind nature. overall it was an excellent experience Cherry on the cake - The upgraded us to Villa :) luxury comfort good food Peaceful Place Excellent staff

It was an amazing and relaxing stay, the property is new, spacious rooms and big garden area and a big pool. Food was delicious, this place is great if you coming for a relaxing time. There aren't any specific activities for kids apart from pool, but you could bring your own games and play Good food, big rooms and peaceful environment

it was a huge property with Rajasthani style architecture.. loved the way they have designed the palace .. rooms are spacious.. open skies .. three people can easily accommodate in one room because they have sitting window where a single bed is placed nah everything was perfect

Hotel is good but very less occupancy,I booked with brackfast, lunch/dinner but when I reached hotel they told me your booking is without bf/lunch.i was very upset this is second time I'm facing this any way I left the hotel and booked another hotel. This is the worst experience.

it was overall a nice stay at bhanwar singh palace , It is newly built palace in bagru 20 kms from city , it is very beautiful and the rooms are very heritagely made with furniture. The villa rooms are also very nice and pool is very big at the place

Palace is beautiful... staff was good... Pls keep an eye on maintenance of washrooms... Food was average according to price... most of the items we ordered from menu were not available.... so you need to update yr menu or food ... thx 😊

Very bad experience, some wedding was going on in the property. Hotel management asked to check out the room early as they have to give the rooms to wedding people. Food is very expensive too. Never recommend to anyone.

staff behaviour was excellent, and overall look and feel of palace was cool and perfect for stay with family. indoor and outdoor games also available. food quality was average. Ambiance of Palace and staff .
