Good hotel with good amenities. My second stay. I do feel that the property upkeep needs to improve considering the fact that there something or the other that was not working. We had to move twice to get a room with everything working. The rooms too feel like they have aged. Great staff who are helpful in general. Allowed a late check-out since we were there for a function and with a child. Food was super the last time but just OK this time.

neat and clean, good decor, good hospitality, good service. simply love this hotel and would strongly recommend. i have stayed in other 4* and 5* hotels at many places including kottayam, this one is one of the best places. only thing they could improve on is breakfast spread and variety.

Excellent value for money. Clean and convenient amenities. One negative aspect was that the reception did not have a printer/ scanner. Also the fridge in the room was not working ; and was told that all fridges in rooms are scheduled for replacement.
