Hotel is good. Over all good value for money. The only thing I would like to mention is that this hotel is not good for couple or a single guy/girl who came here for meeting friends and clients. When I booked I clearly said them that few of friends and may be some business clients will come to visit but when one of my lady client visited they clearly not permitted her. She was ready to show her id proof also but they didn't allowed us to meet us. I really felt so bad and it was so insulting what they did. So I would like to suggest everyone who like to book this hotel kindly make sure if they will allow friends/ clients or not! Hotel may be good for family !

it was horrible experience.....my keys left inside the room and they kept me waiting outside for 1 hour becoz they don't open room with duplicate keys and I ask why .....and they give me **** reason .....(against the policy) but the have the policy to harass guest. My dear never stay at this hotel.......not worth it. if you want to stay in dhanbad...

The quality of room was not up to the mark. There were hardly any sockets to charge and the available sockets were not working fine. Even the bathroom was not up to the mark.The tiles were dirty. Wash basin had PAAN marks. The food quality was OK. Chapati felt like Papad and the quantity of daal & vegetable provided as per the rate charged was nothing.

Location is excellent rooms are very spacious hotel is old but mentioned very we'll clothing and lenies are neat and clean parking space is huge over all hotel is elegant to stay with budget price the stay in Dhanbad was nice with nice room service fooding the staff are very courtiers and the front office is very helpful.

one of the oldest hotel of Dhanbaad,service quality not acceptable,amenities are the oldest and poorest,rooms are definitely bigger* but no facility of in-house food except tea and toast,other foods are too costly,over all experience of one night is not peaceful.

Very poor room, so bad condition Don't book, other wise you just donate your money.. I am just check out in 15 mints. Also staff behave like owner.. Very poor

old type room.staff behaviour is ok.main problem is with service.even they can't provide a cup of tea in the early morning.only location is good.
