The worst arrangements done by hotel staff..... they were Using the room while we waited outside...... Pathetic arrangements...... I m writing this review while checking in...... AC not working........ same problem I have faced in this hotels earlier.... I have adjusted but this time it's not acceptable..... want me refund back

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I stayed in the hotel bluebell colaba Mumbai. Well professional staff and with well modern interior design ideas.

disgusting...hotel very small.room..no.proper water facility...its on 2nd floor where u hv to carry ur luggage...dey charge 80rs. for a glass milk for kids....not at all appropriate for family Stay.....deir breakfast is two slice pf bread...dats alll....
