We arrived at the property at 9 am. Checkout time is 11 am which is good since it gives you an hour more in the morning. Check is at 1 like usual. Coming to the room - the rooms are nice and clean. Asthetically good. Nice furniture. The bathroom is clean with all amenities in it. Good rack space to keep your bags and a rod above the rack to hang anything if needed. They have a rooftop swimming pool - it was very hot so we couldnt take a dip as it was crowded with people also. Staff is polite and helpful. We did have some issue in the night regarding service where we waited for an hour for some water. We ordered some room service and the food is good. Our bill was 850 rs with tax. The quantity was more than enough for 2 people. One thing which we found a little misleading is the room view pictures. The rooms are not on the lake. It is almost 20-50 steps away from the lake wall. We got the room on the first floor where the view was blocked by the wall. For a lake view imperial room we needed a higher floor but everything according to them was sold out given that i had booked this a month ago. The view kind of disappointed us. So i wouldnt recommend this as a lake view property. This isnt on Lake pichola also. Our stay was for a night so we did not have much to complain about. Our stay was comfortable and good. Location is good as it is a 10 mins walk from Jagdish temple - chandpole - haathi pole - gangaur ghat. Overall good experience - the view thing can be rectified and predisclosed in my opinion

guys, this is one of the best hotels you can stay at in udaipur. the rooms are absolutely beautiful—i can even share some pictures—and the infinity pool is stunning, offering a breathtaking view. the staff is extremely supportive and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. the actual room is much more spacious than it appears in the photos, which was a great surprise. we had booked the premium room, and it was more than sufficient—definitely value for money. highly recommended! just add this to review as i'm unbale submit my review in goibibo app.

Well made property. Good convenient location near main areas. Staff was very courteous. Food was ok. The day we checked-in, room was not in a good shape. Had to call in Housekeeping staff for clean up. However, on second day housekeeping staff had done an excellent job. In my opinion the hotel tag line - 'the best Lake view hotel' is counter productive. Obviously, the best Lake 'view'' hotels are on Pichola lake. So the location of this hotel vis a vis Lake view is bit of a let down - apart from the water body there is no worthwhile view.

It was a good experience at Brahma Niwas, Friendly staff specially Mr. Mahendra and Mr. Sameer at reception were very helpful. The ambiance at the rooftop is very good and goes best with the live music. The pool is also very nice and clean. Vermicelli for breakfast is a must recommend from my side. Also the views in the Morning are amazing. As a Group We love the live music nights and the hospitality was also very good.

Hotel location, Room interiors, comfort was all at a satisfactory level. but hotel staff was not courteous, breakfast option were limited and compared to budget hotel. on 1st day breakfast was finished before 9 am and it took lot of time and repeated request to replenish the same. room cleaning was also not done even after request. if room charges are lesser then above service level are ok.

Brahma Niwas is perfect place to stay in Udaipur. It is located in exactly middle of lake Fateh Sagar and lake Pichola so reaching any place around the lakes is not a problem. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is done on time. Staff is very supportive. Morning Buffet Breakfast was my favourite.

Overall stay was pretty good. Room was awesome .. clean and hygienic.Hotel staff was very helpfull.I had to leave for airport at 6 Suraj singh rat from hotel staff himself dropped me to the airport.There was live music in the night which was worth listening.
