Good Location Near to Railway station and inside the private bus stand. Very good And Tasty food. Best place for family and business persons. About room need some improvement. walls are with breaks and scratches. AC s are old i thing it's morethan 10 years old. Good staff, well dressed well behaved and supportive. Must try option in kannur when you plan to stay in Kannur

My first experience at Broad Bean was exciting and great. The rooms & especially Wash Rooms are very clean & excellent connectivity to the various modes of transport.
