Camps by Pebble Hills

Apart from the review here, i am going to take this up with your management as well. I have been solely cheated here. Chandrika Camps and Pebble Hills are two separate entities who have absolutely no coordination between them. While I was booked on a log hut and paid a hefty price for it., upon reaching I was put up in a nearby Dhaba accommodation ... which was a few feet away from Chandrika Camps. I confronted the same with Mr. Rakesh from Chandrika Camps who accepted that they were overbooked and hence, had to fit me in other place which was a shanty and dingy accommodation.... I had pre-paid and had no choice of finding another place. I also brought to to the notice of Pebble Hills who didn't even bother to reply. I would want a refund for I was NOT given the room I had booked, not even in the same premise. And the stand by room given to me was no where close to the one I had booked. For get about the view....not getting the room that was booked or even close to that is non acceptable and against any code of conduct....

Unfortunately this time very bad experience we faced On reaching there the owner said he has not tent or hut for us but when we put our booking details he gave us one under construction room..
