I will first start withCons :1. I checked in at 10pm 19 April and as soon as i asked for my booking, the staff said he can't see any booking. But when I said let me check he immediately got the entry.I might be getting it wrong but this just made me feel he didnt take time to check properly.2. I enter my room and see the bedsheet. I am dead sure it was not washed so I ask the staff to change it. He says that there is no one to change and it can be changed only in the morning. There was oil on bedsheet and what not. You can tell whether they have changed it or not.3. Next day i see the same staff coming and changing the bedsheet. I can take it as an exception that he didn't had the keys of the store room where bedsheets are kept. But still if that is also the case. My question is why?4. No one came to clean my room next day. Clean as in bromming and mopping.5. There were tobacco stains on wall.6. There was Netflix but account was disabled. Enough of cons lol let's move toPros :1. Bathroom was okayish clean. I am a cleanliness freak. So if i rate 3 out of 5 for cleanliness then you can say it's OK OK.2. Next day i.e. 20 April morning i saw manager in the lobby area. I showed him the bedsheet and asked him to get it changed.He was very responsive and got it changed immediately.3. Atleast they had Disney + Hotstar.4. Lift was working in proper condition.I guess that would be my reviewOver all its an okayish hotel, they just need to get better staff.If you are planning to stay with family. AVOID.

please don't go and take rooms . If we book and for checking they will ask extra money or they will not give rooms.so my advice is don't go to this funking Hotel

staff denied check-in and after paying extra amount only they allowed which is not correct for customers paying before coming to hotel but hotel was very nice .

the floor wasn't clean at all. it was very oily.also, they don't follow the price given at Goibibo.They said the room charge is 1200, so made me pay extra.
