We stayed at Casa De Kaku for 5 nights from January 19-24 during our trip to Jaisalmer. This small boutique hotel is located at Suli Dungar about 5 kms away on a hill just opposite the majestic Jaisalmer fort. We had driven down to Jaisalmer and though the inner city has very small lanes, the road leading to Casa is wide and ample parking is available outside the hotel. The rooms are big, clean and have been recently built. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with hot running water available at all times. bathrooms. The food at the restaurant tingled our taste buds at all times and the chef made it his mission to cater to our palate. But the best part of the stay was the Service. Only one word for it WOW. We were treated like family with a lot of love and respect. Would like to mention the owner, Tushar Chauhan who catered to all our requirements with a smile. Saddam was particularly hospitable and like our man Friday, anticipated our every need and was a step ahead once he anticipated our likes. Would like to make special mention of Baryam Khan and Ram Charan who worked hard to make sure our every little need was taken care of. Thanks to the owners; Tushar, Nishant & Nitin Chauhan for this wonderful abode called CASA De KAKU. You have to stay here if you are visiting Jaisalmer to experience the hospitality. We definitely will once again.

I gotta say this: "Our stay at this wonderfully beautiful place called CASA DE KAKU was amazingly amazing. Very gentle staff who always wear smile and ready to help their guests. I love this place coz of its beautiful collection of paintings, cleanliness, delicious food & great staff. I am really overwhelmed by the people of great JAISALMER. Love and Respect for PEOPLE OF JAISALMER. We go there early at 9:30A.M. BUT they does not have waiting room or does not provide early check in as we call them for early check in and they give us check in at 1:00 P.M even we use common toilet that was not clean after that it's too expensive restaurant. we have to check out early at 10:30 A.M. Room are satisfied no issue with room but gizzar is not working properly. so we got all time chilled water and I am plumber so I know how to use gizzard even that was not working but I was not complaining about that to room service.

Staff at hotel provides best hospitality, they arranged a desert safari and camp for us. We loved the cafe as it has one of the best view of fort and city. Tushar attended us and he was very soft spoken and always took care of our each and every request that we made. I will give 5 out 5 for my stay at Casa de Kaku Best Adheer

Room was clean staff was supportive hotel has a nice restaurant with good view of fort . The only thing i can complaint about is that of foul smell that was in washroom and probably it was coming from drainage, though bathroom was neat and clean

This is a very good hotel to stay. Staff and services are wonderful. They have a cafe. The Jaisalmer fort can be seen from the cafe. The food is also good. Thank you team at Casa de Kaku for making our stay memorable.

no one is there at reception to assist. Waited for long time at reception during booking time and for issues we are having no one is there from hotel property to help.I want my money back.

the Hotel Casa De Kaku was very Supereb.. Hotel location is heart in city ...room was very nice...cleaning and Interior is very Good...but 1 thing is weak about this not proper Staff......

Casa de Kaku was a great property . Beautiful designed rooms , good restaurant and courteous staff. Their restaurant is very popular among outside guest as well . Very hygienic place.
