overall stay was good. when i booked the resort it mentioned 3 hrs early check in and 3 hrs late check out also but on day of check in they said that can't give early check in which was little disappointing, even on day of check out similar thing happened but they did provided us other room for extra time. Food was good. lots of play activities available like slides, swings, table tennis, basket ball, chess etc. viewing tower is there. easy assess to river at back of resort. swimming pool was open but water was not good. fish pond, gym was there. Garden area is very beautiful. close to athirapally water falls. Helping nature of the staff. Good for family and big groups. Feeling of close to nature. Nice rooms with space for kid to play. Good garden area with lots of play activities to enjoy. View tower with chairs to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature... water fall, river, hills, greenery around. Food was good.

Great service.. There was no shortage of staff anywhere and everyone was with a smile so welcoming.. Resort had lot of amenities to spend time with an amazing river view.. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. pool could have been better. room was clean with all facilities. we spent early morning spotting the birds and walking over the rocks on river. we had an amazing time.. highly recommended. we had a wondeful stay at 'casa rio resort'. the room was really good, staffs were really helpful, very good location close to athirapally waterfalls, if you're looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or just a chance to reconnect with nature, this riverside gem is highly recommended.

It's an an amazing hotel & the room I stayed in was very comfortable & clean & their services were just fab & even the food they provided was delicious as well, the only drawback was that it's located far away from the main city, otherwise everything else is fantastic over here.

It was pretty convenient for me to reach and it's near by natrampalli water fall. Food was good. Swimming pool made my stay period more cozy and Free WiFi was available to use. Security wise stay was very good.

We have easily accessed the location. In food, all option were available. There was a swimming pool which was basically for everyone. Spa and gym was there, but we didn't used it. Property was safe to stay.
