Rooms are in Excellent condition. Very neat and tidy. Bathroom is very clean. Basic amenities like Dental kit, Hair dryer, soap, shampoos are provided. Breakfast was tasty. Even after booking the room for 4 members, they are refusing to provide extra mattress. Asking Rs. 750 for a single mattress. Breakfast varieties are very limited for this price range. No garden/lawn area, camp fire etc. Limited indoor games like Table tennis, snooker & carrom that too in bad condition. Price is expensive when compared to the amenities provided.

Wonderful experience with Casita Inn ... both we enjoyed good staff and foods are awesome... no need to go outside for time spent.. we can spent in the hotel itself... rooms are too nice.. all times we need to stay in room.. there is some indoor games available.. but management have to increase that. because more peoples visiting there , its not enough to play everyone... no more worst things in Casita ... superb hotel ..

relying the picture we book room but Goibibo rooms are very bad nowadays .They never ever match the pictures it's totally opposite to the images posted.It is a very old property and room is very bad has no premium features .Had bad experience in staying and I tried many times calling Goibibo no response.

The staff are courteous and tend to your needs without any hesitation. Tried their restaurant Blossoms in the ground floor. The food was great and the ambience is good. I would definitely go back to Casitta the next time I am visiting Yercaud.

Neat and clean spacious rooms. with 24 hrs geyser facilities. location is great. staffs are very polite. food is very tasty. but menu items need to be improved. overall a great hotel in Yercaud for family and couples.

Overall Good . Nice . room looks similar to the property photos . Maintained ok . needs good towels , curtain more clean . Food is expensive ,, need to be more fresh and good . Very calm atmosphere near the Hotel

hotel looked exactly the same as in the pictures given by them.. hotel was neat and clean ... food was also yummy..its a safe place for family, couples and solo travelers ...had a great time over all😊

It was okay to stay as a family. The place n room was spacious .. but they didn't provide any toiletries inspite of asking them twice which was disappointing!!
