On arrival, the caretaker gave us a different room than the one shown above. We got a vert small matchbox kind of room. After fighting for the actual room with the caretaker, he agreed to give the above room which was as we saw while booking. The room was decent. However the bathroom was extremely smelly. We had no choice but to adjust with it. Thw caretaker also told us that free breakfast is included in our package. After having breakfast for one day, he called up later at night and says that breakfast is not included in package and will be charged. It was our mistake as well, we should have recheched the package. He charged 400 bucks for 10 mediocre dosas. Overall not a pleasant stay

The location was near to the beach, but it was not easily accessible. The staff was ok. Services that they provided was average. Rooms were very conjusted and also insects were there in the room. Overall 2/5 for the entire stay.

They charged extra for breakfast by saying not mentioned in the message, free breakfast is included. This is very unconvincing.
