The hotel experience has been horrible for me . The first morning we encountered a short circuit fire at the hotel . The TV set boxes started emitting smoke and main the Box was on fire . The hotel staffs ran with fire extinguishers which was on some other floor and not on ground floor beside the MAIN BOX . The main box was on fire with black smokes blocking the exit . The exit for a time was blocked and we ran out chocking . Other guests also ran out of the hotel ( there only two ladies ) other than us . We chose to check out immediately though booked for two nights . However , after reporting the incident, the manager refused to give any refund playing down the incident . Any other professional hotel would have returned back the money with SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE statements . This unprofessionalism is unheard for in the present professional competitive world . In fact , he made allegations that I went out without informing anyone , whereas I made payments for mineral water and signed at the register before checking out .

I had stayed in the property and my overall stay was very good there. Staff behavior and the hotel amenities were fine. Property provided complementary breakfast to me. Location was also very convenient as it was located in proper highway. Lift is not available in the property.

As long the services remain so, I would love to stay here everytime I am in CR Park.Being a frequent traveller it's important to eat healthy home made food, and that you get here in Cedar Court.Wheat flour tawa rotis and cleanliness will bring me back here time and again.

During my 1 night stay I had requested for the breakfast to be served 15 mins early. The owner agreed but the waiter did not wish to so the break fast was not ready even 15 mins after their scheduled breakfast time of 8.00 am !!
