Miserable experience. The staff are too nice starting from the Reception to the kitchen and restaurant. But .. the infrastructure is totally down market. Most mediocre. The rooms are not cleaned properly. The washroom is dim light with one small LED bulb only. The Geyser is too small to justify hot water requirement of even one person. Dust and Dust everywhere. The sprawling garden area is only marginally maintained. Very poor maintenance of the rooms. There is not a single soap dish in the washroom. I was given one of the best river view room number 208. But alas, the very stay was a nightmare. Only the food was very good and reasonably priced. Never go to this hotel please for Heaven's sake. your realisation shall be instaneous. We just spent the night somehow and quit the place without even having a shower. Don't go here please.

Hotel is good. Room service is good. Hotel is undergoing maintenance. After maintenance, it may be asumued that they will give much more better service. Location of the hotel is in prime location. View from Room No. 207 and 208 are awesome. For two nights, any one can go Gadiara and enjoy...

Having very bad time in this hotel,no hot water,cistern not working,no wash basin,linen dirty,bathroom full of stain marks,feel like puking..room service cold food during lunch.disgusting.
