Location is good, but before choosing the room, get in details for cottage and camp. Cottage is cheaper than camp, cottage is made of Tin shade. Light available from 6pm to 6am, depend on day light availibility. Don, t expect too much for food and other services. The owner should have look for the same to provide quality services. The care takers are the service provider where food quality is not maintained and some how need to manager.

Very Horrible experience. Staff behaviour was very very rude. Property owner was very rude. we booked 03 Delux swiss camps with a mountain view but he offered only 02. They cheated us. no complain was resolved by property owner level. Very very disappointed such type of services. Further, the room quality was very poor. mat was dusty. Room was not clean. Very bad hotel.

Location is good, meal options are limited, please be mindful non veg is only served on advance notice. Mat in the camp was quite dusty. Chef is very polite and will cater to your needs to the best of his abilities. Any additional request will be billed so please double check before ordering anything. Kids meals options are very limited.

when I reached at venue hotel manager denied to provide room as room already given to someone by mistake then he shifted us in a different hotel also waste time to find availablity of other hotel so this experience I felt bad rest other hotel service is good

skillfull staff with good service.. nice stay must visit. best place to visit .. clear view of himalaya. and neat and clean rooms and tents.. food quality is hygenic . open space for outdoor activity

Its a best cottage in chopta acroding to the remote area there is no electricity they are totally depend upon solar light overall they are very helpful and try to provide best services

These eco camps are very customer friendly. Amazed by hospitality of care takers Aayush, Gaurav . They were available to guide us all the time.I strongly recommend this property.
