I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff at the reception, especially the person handling the desk, was completely untrained and unprofessional. He didn’t know how to manage basic tasks, and the check-in/check-out process was full of confusion. The worst part was during billing – there was no transparency at all. They quote one price at the time of booking and then give a different, lower amount on the bill, which raises serious concerns about their billing practices. It seems like they don't have any fixed rates and just make up numbers. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your time and money, stay elsewhere

I had mixed experiences at this hotel. The staff were courteous, efficient, and provided excellent service. The breakfast was also good. However, I was disappointed with the room's cleanliness, despite its appearance. The presence of houseflies throughout the room, particularly the tiny ones, was disturbing. I requested the staff to clean the room, but the flies were there. Additionally, the drawers and bathrooms weren't cleaned properly. Another drawback was the proximity to the 4th-floor club, which made sleeping impossible due to loud bass music during parties. I regret not inquiring about this beforehand.

Abolutely pathetic experience! Unhygenice and very unprofessional staff! Refrain from going to this hotel! Do not get tempted by pictures. The room was full of stains on walls, furniture, even the pillow covers had stains. The bathroom was unclean and shower head wasnt working. The staff just dont gaf if you are talking about cleanliness. Even the iron board was punctured with dated hair dryer. The 2 hour early checkin costed me 500rs extra even when the rooms were available.

This is a really luxurious hotel in an affordable price....go for it.... everything was top notch....the bathrooms, the room service, the food and dining, the interiors ( everything was awesomeee ) , it's literally better that many 5 star hotels I have been to...go for it without any second thoughts, it really made my stay very good... Thanku team cherish, you have done a pretty job 💕💕💕

It was a nice experience. The Hotel is well maintained, clean room and bathroom. Prompt room service, nice staff behavior. Only issue was that they don't have breakfast options in their restaurant. You have to order breakfast from outside. Restaurant is good for lunch and dinner. It's a bit pricey but the food is excellent. Safe for family .

It was a room in a clubhouse. Not at all like a hotel and the breakfast was the worst with only 2 items and a stall of egg..Not worth for the money they are charging for. Whole night there was music playing loud for some of the functions going on Too loud music. Worst food

The basement parking driving is little crazy and Bathroom showers and Doors needed to be fixed, Wifi strength in the room need attention.. Other wise Hotel and staff is good Breakfast setup and quality was good with enough options..

Everything is worst here. Food is over priced, need to pay immediately. Towels have to be asked for again and again, but the only answer they give that Laundry is coming. Water clogging in bathroom.
