This Chevron property is one stop location... m very happy by the staff behaviour who were very alert and upto the task to please their guests. On arrival since weather was almost 8 degree n falling rapidly... the staff served the fixed menu dinner in room all hot n smoking tasty... so as was the breakfast in morning. .. vll visit again

warm welcome, accommodating staff,gave us a great corner room with beautiful view, wish I could have booked the duplex room, will want to stay here longer the next time around but beware the noisy and sometimes abusive Delhites, the Hotel MUST make clear to their guests about NO loud behavior.....totally spoils the environment.

Amazing location. Rooms were spacious and windows facing the Himalayan range !! the relaxing chairs in the verandha were the best to chill and de stress.... food cooked was tasty and worthy of the place. Would like to see some more features added to the place which makes the guests more entertained or occupied in activity.

I had to cancel my trip in between and they have chain of hotels in Uttranchal. The staff was very helpful by understanding my situation and I was able to get the date and location changed (I stayed in there Nainital Hotel and not in Kausani). The Nainital hotel was build on very style giving it a look of heritage.

This is one of the best property. It has The best view of Himalayas and the service quality was upto the mark. *You need to contact hotel to reach there as Google maps shows incorrect location. From checkin to check out everything was flawless.

I had a long drive before reaching this hotel (chopta to kausani) & were very tired. However, hotel was so comfortable that were completely refreshed the next morning. The breakfast served was delicious. Facility is very well maintained.

Dinner was not good hotel have no room service soap was not available in the washroom i have requested the hotel staff for the same but they have not provided to me at a time i have requested for the same more than 5 times .

We had taken our kids along. They somehow, did not like the rooms- they found the interiors too dingy. They loved the outdoors in the daytime. It would be nice If there are some more light fixtures in the rooms.

Amazing location, please reach here before sunset, sunsets are amazing at this property. We had a pleasant stay, food is little expensive but hospitality is amazing. Great rooms and amazing Mountain View's Good
