Third Class Service and Third class hotel. Do not visit ever, 1st of all its too much inside. no cleanliness. they have very less staff. they do not provide water also to drink, it is also chargable. whatever you ask for even 1 empty glass they take 15 to 20 mins. they do not have internet access. free wifi is just for show. they charged higher for food even though food quantity is very less. soap, towel and other necessary amenities are also not provided by hotel. 1 coffee they charge for 50rs and if you see quality n quantity as per price is just 3rd class. They do not clean pool also. Do not ever visit Cigad Hotels. Total waste of money.

Dirty washrooms, food is below average, and the staff locks the hotel in after 9 pm. The worst part was that the water in the bathroom got over at 11pm on both the nights, and I had to use bottled water, which we took for drinking. Overall it was a horrible experience, please don't go by the cheap rates, please put some more money and book a good hotel.

It was very bad experience.... bad behavior of receptionist... fan was making noice AC was not working... room was full of mosquitoes. I have booked the room for 2 days... but it was terrible experience so I have checked out after one day. WiFi was also not working. I won't recommend this to anyone.

Worst Resort ever visited Please dont visit this place. No cleanliness No room service Arrogant staff the main thing is they dont have enough staff to handle only one man for room service thats it and he is also very arogant person staying here was just waste of Money amd weekend

poor service, no intercom, no hot water gicer not working, we asked for a class of warm water hotel people refuse to provide, from 10pm to 9:30am there don't serve you anything even if you ask drinking water, morning no water in washroom. very poor service

I had booked room including breakfast but was charged for breakfast.which was nonsense.Hotel is not maintained.bathroom light was not working.pool was shut. not functional.food was good.5 min away from beach. Overall good experience.😄 as beach was nearby

Stay was not at all pleasant. The room was not properly clean. When asked for extra towel they denied. Swimming pool was filthy with leaves and dirt floating around. Indoor games were not available. Food quality was also very bad.

Roy the manager is very courteous and helpful. The property is at a great location and close to the city aswell. Liked the stay and recommended to stay or visit here.
