Memorable Stay: Pros: 1. Very near to agonda beach, 200 m walk if you pass through monsoon resort or manvir's kitchen. 2. Clean property - Neat and clean rooms, bathroom . 3. All Wooden cottage rooms are nice with beautiful interior & enough space having tables,chairs, dressing area , stools etc to keep your stuff or luggage. 4. Owner & staff are helpful,courteous. Can easily arrange scooty, cab etc. Room service is also great. 5. Food is tasty, in house restaurant is beautiful & serves lip smacking dishes. Must try prawns or chicken fried rice, chicken thali , breakfast items. 6. liquor shop is just beside the cliantro, so you can buy it easily or ask staff to bring it & enjoy the drinks in your cottage. 7. All the shops , restaurants are near by or at walking distance. cons: 1. Power backup/ generator is not available, there were quite a few power cuts.

**Terrible Experience - Stay Away from This Place!**I had a horrible experience at this cottage in Palolem, Goa. I had spoken to him in advance, confirming that I would check in at night and check out in the evening the next day. He agreed to it, but when I arrived, they suddenly said it wasn’t possible and insisted I check out in the morning or pay an additional ₹1000. I have proof of our conversation where he confirmed the check-in and check-out times.The room was in awful condition: the geezer wasn’t working, the food was below average, and there was a terrible smell in the room. When I tried to bring these issues up, the owner was rude and completely unhelpful.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Need big big time improvement to this property. Ac stopped in night post 1pm till morning No AC working. mosquitos spolied by while night sleep. mosquitos seems to be entering throught the cottage bathroom drain which was open entry for mosquitos. it was a nigh mare with mosquitos. adding to the mess was no ample got water provison after even being followed up the day earlier & shifted to other cottage space the problem prevailed. after the water gyser was repaired after following up the bathroom tap started getting flow of electric current. utterly disappointed & poor stay experience with compromise on hygiene, safety & basic utities failures. very bad experience.

it was budget friendly but people were not there at all. although in description it's clearly writer outside food allowed but there they are saying outside food is not allowed also we stayed there 3days from the day 1 same person keep asking me when is your check out.. will not recommend cockroaches are there in the washroom,
