i checked in late in the evening, and the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating. they upgraded me to a higher-tier room, even though i was only staying for a few hours. the team was very proactive and friendly. one of the highlights was the hotel's excellent location, with everything i needed right in front of the property.

Beautiful hotel. The property was so beautiful and shiny. Very open space lobby and well-designed reception and concierge area. During our stay, Front Office guy helps us to get our boarding pass printed out. Staff during checkout was helpful with quick luggage assistance. The food was delicious.

It was a fantastic time here the room was very spacious and clean. The staffs were very courteous and polite. Especially Mr Adarsh & Sabin. Very good food at the grand market pavilion. Very clean lobby too.
