I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The check-in process was frustrating. First, they told me that the room I booked wasn’t available, and only after I contacted Goibibo was the issue resolved. I had also booked early check-in, but the staff denied it at first and asked me to pay ₹500 extra for it. Again, only after I escalated the matter to Goibibo did they allow the early check-in I had already paid for. The condition of the room was equally bad. The bedsheets were stained and unhygienic. Definitely not worth the trouble. The management seriously needs to improve customer service and room maintenance.

Hotel is not for business traveler, Bed mattress are old, Room dont have basic dinning sofa & table . Very uncomfortable to survive on bed and chair with even no handle .Only USP is location, even Internet is pathetic . Hotel has no room service and tea from above hotel is useless. Also poor quality toiletry . Might be liked by single traveler who are coming to join company and have no idea what are hotel service standard .

Booked the hotel seeing the facilities provided in your booking we regret to inform you that. no restuarant no bar, no refrigerator, no back up power for elevator, we ha have to climb 2 floors with our heavy luggage. We request you to inspect the facilities of the hotels( especially at Bangalore) and check what you are offering matches the actual. Really a bad bad stay.

i don't have any photos the room is good. but there is no electricity backup over there. on 16 th november electricity was not there at hotel since morning to afternoon 4 pm. also water was not available from 11 am to 10.30pm ...this is quite horrible. i was not able to go to the toilet.

it was an amazing experience staying at city keys with great friendly staff and an inexplicably clean room and other common areas. it was a pleasure staying at city keys would 10/10 recommend

they provided toilet tissue papers, towels and complimentary waterafter asked only they provided toilet tissue papers, complimentary water and towelsbefore asking it was not there in the room

The stay is comfortable as usual. But the hotel can improve their amenities by providing mini refrigerator in the room, a table to keep the suitcase and a reading light on the table.

worst experience in this hotel... no network available nd no proper water available in washroom. for single it is ok but for family its worst nd for embarrassment don't go there.

they don't have their own buffet and no good option of food, issue of water plus no good wifi , the furniture and rooms were clean but all were not in a good working condition.
