I've just wrapped up my 4 days and 3 nights stay at City Stay Hostel in Mumbai, and as always, it's been a comfortable experience overall. This place has been my go-to stay for the past 3 years whenever I come to attend the expo, and it's easy to see why — the dorms and bathrooms are consistently neat, clean, and well-maintained, which I truly appreciate. However, I did face a small disappointment this time. I had politely requested to be shifted to a lower bunk bed in case someone checked out, but it felt like the request was overlooked and not taken seriously. As a returning guest who has stayed here year after year, I hoped for a bit more warmth or familiarity from the staff. It did leave me feeling a little ignored, which was unexpected considering my past experiences. That said, apart from this one issue, everything else was great. The atmosphere remains friendly and relaxed, and the cleanliness and basic amenities continue to be up to the mark. I still recommend this hostel for its comfort, location, and hygiene — just hope the staff pays a bit more attention to loyal guests in the future.

Great place to stay Solo. Clean property, exactly like shown in pictures. Take breakfast option coz breakfast buffet is decent. Location is the USP. Located just below Wetern express metro station, another metro station for northbound track is also 100meters away. Airport is just 3 kms, took me 55 rs. By metered Auto to airport.. so pretty close. Restraunts, street food, bar and Theka is just down the street. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

The stay was perfect! The dorm is maintained well, the linens are changed frequently (although they might need a nudge sometimes), the breakfast is good and filling, and the wifi works just fine. The reception is accessible round the clock for anything you might need! Would definitely recommend this place and visit again!

Its always a pleasure staying at this hotel it never disappoints rather gives the best feeling one can ever have, the staff is so helpfull and polite that they guide you and keep you like a family. it was my 2nd time staying but its always the best as i end up extending my stay due to their hospitality.
