Disappointed with the Hotel's Policy and Staff Behavior I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. One of the biggest letdowns was their strict and unreasonable policy of not allowing outside food. Everyone has the right to choose what they want to eat — especially when traveling with dietary restrictions, medical, or simply preferring something different. No one should be forced to eat only what the hotel provides. When I politely questioned this policy, the hotel staff responded with complete disrespect and baseless arguments. Instead of explaining things professionally, they were rude and dismissive, making the entire experience even worse. Hospitality is not just about rooms and amenities — it’s about how guests are treated. Sadly, this hotel failed on that front. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values basic courtesy and freedom of choice.

Great hotel decent staff. We needed a room for NIT counselling process and it was a pleasant stay near to campus. Though public transport facilities are limited in this area but we were able to get them through ola anytime we needed to. They also let us print some of our documents. The room service was great too they provided us with an extra mattress and pillow. Overall decent hotel for this price.

Hotel was fine...Not so uptodate as required but u can stay a night & move forward. parking was there in front of hotel. open parking on street but I felt secure. Front desk staff was good. cleaning in bathroom & Matt's in rooms required little bit more.

it was a good experience looking at the rush at prayagraj . rooms are small but washroom was clean . it was costly and some what out of main market area so getting conveyance was an issue
