worst experience. Worst service by front office team particularly the girl who did not send a person to deliver my bag. iam a disabled senior citizen. no room service. even at 1.30 pm the canteen refused to supply meals. the front office girl was totally uncooperative.At 3.30 am on 16.9.24, suddenly we hear door knocking sound like the one we saw in Theeran adhigaram movie. we were literally in fear. then power went off in our room. Next day by 7 am we vacated with fear. when we narrated to front office, the boy was not caring at all. he said there was no power cut. but we faced power cut for 20 min. Very serious danger.

the stay itself was really nice, the rooms were clean. the room service though was another matter, it was the worst I've ever experienced in my years of travelling. not just the room service but the service at the restaurant downstairs was nothing better. we were served half the food ordered and we had to follow up multiple times to get our order on our table. the last day of our stay, we were outright denied room service and the justification given was that they don't have enough staff. will never recommend anyone to ever stay here.

The rooms were near and AC worked well but bathroom was small and had an unpleasant odour. The location is good and right on the highway. Food servjce is bad and they do not serve coffee/tea at their restaurant and were asked to go to their coffee shop in the same campus and it was bad. You can rather visit the anandha bhavan nearby for food and it was delicious. They keep calling to remind that your check out time is nearing. Overall ok for a night stay. It was good

Blankets was stinking and not properly washed from the previously used. The hotel people were saying complementary breakfast was available but when we came to restaurant they say it has to be paid. Having good car parking and lift is available for elder people. I would suggest to have breakfast outside.

Hotel rooms were clean and neat, staff were friendly and helpful. Needs improvement in service time. Due to lower amount of staff service time for restaurant is delayed. Hotel Management may need to look into this.

rooms were small but clean and tidy. restrooms were well maintained. no complaints about the service either. restaurant was also good. overall pretty smooth and pleasant experience!

Very bad & worst experience with this hotel, basic necessity water was not there in morning for bathing, Life was not working, we asked for coffee or TEA which was not available.
