We recently stayed at Cleveland Resort, Kanthaloor, and had a very good overall experience. The property is located in a peaceful and scenic area, which makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The weather was quite cool with some rain during our stay, which added to the charm and beauty of the surroundings. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered good privacy, making it feel like our own little escape. The pool was clean and inviting, and it was nice to have such a well-kept facility in a location like Kanthaloor. The food served at the resort was delicious – we especially enjoyed the local dishes. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited, and it would be nice to see more variety in the future. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and attentive staff. Every member of the team was polite, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience. In summary, Cleveland Resort is a great place for couples or families looking for a quiet, nature-filled retreat with good service, clean amenities, and a friendly atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Kanthaloor.

Hotel location is awesome, nice room, good dinner and breakfast. Value for money. Really enjoyed the location with splendid view of mountain. We took tempo, but road is not accessible, so Manager himself helped lot with resort jeep drive to and fro twice by 9:00 pm in night, though elephant crossing were there. Own vehicle plan to travel with caution, since road is small and so sometimes vehicle has to travel backwards for vehicle crossing. But resorts location is nice with lot of flowers, fruit, kids playing area, good lawn area and badminton area, covered 🔥 campfire area.

The location is very nice and the staff are very kind and friendly Enjoyable and beautiful memories with chillness Natural beauty loving moments Well-maintained swimming pool and surrounding Reachable from kandaloor to resort is having some difficult due to road condition Road work is on progress It' is easy on the next trip Mr Ranjith is very nice and taking care of all persons who stayed there Myself and my family members are really enjoyed the stay and the trip

it was an awesome experience at cleveland. the weather was mesmerising there. rooms are awesome with all the amenties of a 3star hotel. the experience at the pool was so chill. our caretaker prajesh was also a very friendly guy. waiting to go back there when they have their rotating glass house as they are planning.

stayed in vip cottage...location is little remote with bad narrow road, weather and ambience were great, staff are helpful, small swimming pool was maintained well, can play shuttle....food varieties were limited but ok, no shops nearby...campfire was nice with music, they can arrange bbq also.. overall nice place.

That was nice experience and memorable Day, many fruit plants have inside in the Resourt, Foods and Behaviour is too good.climate is cold in night at any month. Value for money. If you want negatives The resourt is not situated at road side but they arrange jeep, and no shops near by.. safe and Secure

Room is too small for a family... just 130sq ft... no balcony, no storage.. standard room is not recommended for a family... after a long distance travel to occupy in such a small room is a disappointment. lococation is so beautiful, food is also okay... but stay was pathetic.

Awesome place to stay in kanthalloor, Resort is located in a fantastic location.The staff at the hotel were so friendly & helpful. Special thanks to them. There is plenty varieties of fruit trees and plants inside the resort area. Overall one of the best stays we had.

Excellent Resort. Road to the Resort need good maintenance. Difficult for small cars to drive through the road. When we reach the resort, the Location Superb.Rooms also very good.
