Cliff View Resort

One of the worst hotel ever I have ever stayed in. Very much overrated. 1) Kids play zones are not maintained at all. Everything is broken and rustic which are unsafe to use. 2) Very less spread in breakfast and dinner. As the stay is very much alone from the city, you are forced to buy only from their Resturant. everything over priced and not good too. 3) As the hotel is very much away from the city, even an auto or cab, you should call from an auto stand or cab stand with the help of reception. All are very much over priced which you can't imagine. 4) I was happy that they have a campfire. But few boys were sitting and drinking liquor which made us very uncomfortable. we went back to room. 5) we went for a local trip and came back night. Room was cleaned, it was as it is. Then I fought with reception and made them clean. 6) Water heater flow was very bad. 7) You should plan for all snacks or other stuff when you are in a city. No shops near to stay. 8) Totally over priced for the facilities they provide. I won't prefer stay here again. I won't advise anyone too.

stay was good at cliff view resort. i booked a deluxe room. it was neat , well equipped and maintained and spacious for our family. location of the resort is also good, very nearby to almost all attractions in yercaud. food was good, nothing to complain. had wifi for internet as well. staff are good and responsive. gaming room is good, kids had fun with games. laundry is not available for longer stay. overall experience was good for money.

Facility like intercom was not working and there were loose contacts in switches. Room was not ready wheywe arrived and we were made to wait until the cleaning process was over and room floors were wet when we went inside. Overall not happy with infrastructure. Room service was good and responsive.

am wrongly date mentioned. so,am stayed before the booking date 31.05.25 , same hotel. same time am informed in hotel also. but not refund the booking amount.
