The location of hotel is not good. When it rains it's flooding around here. There is no proper parking. The room service is not done daily and each time need to ask them. The water bottles as well not provided on time; need to ask for it. They close the main gates after midnight so need to knock the door to open. There was water logging in the bathroom while taking shower; they didn't fix it even after asking. Rooms are good enough.

Myself and my wife stayed here and really it's worth it and it's like home away from home. It's in prime location.Service quality is awesome with great hospitality. Well maintained clean and hygeienic hotel with all necessary amenities.I highly recommend this hotel to my family, friends and relatives.

Amazing hotel very well maintained and Raghavendra was very welcoming and though we didn't inform him about the early checkin, he was very kind to understand and provide us with the early checkin. Definitely it will be our go to stay in Hitech City
