Not at all worth the money paid. 1. Wi-Fi doesn't work 2. Room Service is non-existent 3. No Tea/Coffee maker in Deluxe Rooms. Getting a morning cup of Tea/Coffee is next to impossible. 4. "Breakfast included" is a Sham. No juice / fruits / eggs / toast / cornflakes / salads are available -Even on extra payment basis. You can choose any one item (limited portion only) From 2 pieces of Idly or 1 Dosa or 2 pieces of Medu vada and 1 cup of readymade Tea. 5. Zero courtesy towards guests

Pretty big in size overall but service needs to be looked at. Deluxe rooms are pretty small.. No water heater, wifi speed & stability was very poor. Kept disconnecting 10-12 times every hour! The floors are like a maze.. Difficult to find your room. The car park/ basement is dark & dingy. Mosquitoes rule the roost here! Even in the lounge there are mosquitoes & they don't even have a UV killer or an air curtain! Really sad..

Worst experience ever!!! Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit here for staying. Rooms are stinking... Telephone doesn't work... Vibration on bed as kitchen was below the room... Gave a headache. Slow water flow in the bathroom... Kettle was giving a bad odour like it wasn't used for ages. Don't ever visit here... Total waste of money.

Room conditions are pathetic. AC not working properly. Bathroom amenities are in worst condition. No proper maintenance. House keeping not answering calls. overall very uncomfortable stay and poor service comparision to charges taken. Not worth.

The overall experience was good. However, no slippers are provided. Also, breakfast is not available in the dining hall. It has to be requisitioned in the room only, which I didn't find convenient.

Very bad service. no response even after calling the reception many times. no service in the room. Paid 4k per room and it was all a waste. would never recommend the place

Wonderful space management. Staff is very polite and helpful . Food courts are amazing. Room was specious. Choice of decorative articles, picture frames is yery good.
