COASTAL GRAND ANGLO FRENCH RESORTS

we stayed at coastal grand anglo french resort for one day, checking in at 3 pm and checking out at 10 am. we had booked two rooms. while the external appearance and garden were pleasant, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.there were no basic amenities in the room – no towels, no toothbrush kits, and not even a door mat. for the price per room, we expected much better, especially since many nearby hotels provide more value at the same rate.the tv was not working, and despite multiple follow-ups with the staff, no one responded. when we spoke to other guests, at least 4-5 people had similar complaints.that night, there was a power cut, and shockingly, there was no power backup. on top of that, there was no wi-fi, poor mobile signal, and almost no network coverage inside the rooms.the rooms were also unclean and poorly maintained – paint was peeling, walls were damp, rust and dust were visible, and there was a strong, unpleasant odour. we requested a room freshener, but no one came back.in one of the rooms, the door lock was faulty, and once again, the staff didn’t take the issue seriously or show any basic customer service.the worst part was the next morning – there was no water for bathing. the staff said the motor had just been switched on and water would come in 15 minutes. even after waiting for 2 hours, no water came, and no update was given. we were forced to check out feeling completely frustrated and exhausted.this was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve ever had. i sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the basic services and facilities.overall, the stay was a total waste of money – cheap service, careless attitude, and a frustrating experience. i strongly do not recommend this property to anyone. please don’t fall for the looks or promises – it’s completely misleading. it’s not just us – we found around 20 other families facing similar issues related to poor maintenance, lack of amenities, no water, and bad service.

The management must be little cautious on the facilities offered to customers. We booked an executive room but we were not given that room instead a room was given an other normal room. We booked the room at 12 pm but the room was given at 3 pm to us.The room had no wifi and TV not working, and power cuts were more, broken regulator of fan. Atleast if we are not given facilities or hotel has to give few amount back for the inconvenience caused. The food was charged also for mid-day and night also they should have not charged us since the said room was not given....only as mentioned the breakfast is complimentary. The food was good but needs little variety in it...Please do look at the inconvenience caused...The other customer with kids had also booked executive but not given Hence he left seeing the condition and not sure if he rated

2 too much of fungus and sealing on the walls3. Spider web everywhere4. Seems like room was not open for months, very difficult to sit inside without the windows open and without a room freshner5. Toilet door did not close6. All issues highlighted to the manager and were acknowledged by him but no satisfactory action taken7. Toiletries were not proper and only soap (2 small soaps) were provided. 8. Very unsafe place ...a group of 20+ people at the resort were drinking openly with bonfire, right on the walkway.

Loved the stay. Food was excellent. Felt has home cooked food. Service was excellent. Most of the times they were available for call except for after 8 or 9 PM at night , you may not except them to be up for you. When we went , there was no one except us But in the evening, found 2 couples and that too they left next morning. Since it's off season, we could hardly see folks there. One suggestion is that to go during season time. But otherwise, overall stay was excellent.
