a very average class property..nothing much on the interiors.. ok for business people traveling or for a overnight stay enroute.. the bedding was neat and so were the towels.. the towel stand laid on the floor probably waiting for it to be fixed again.. the TV(smaller than a average computer screen) has to be found out.. and the AC snores so hard that you can't sleep.. but a good property 😉

Worst hotel. as I entered the hotel. no one there in reception to attend. 15mins later a lady came who had no knowledge about the hospitality. the rooms were looking horrible. definitely not a hotel for Family stay. I booked two rooms but looking at ambience, hospitality, cleanliness, I decided not to stay there. Horrible experience.

Hotel is good. Stays in highways itself, so no need to go inside Namakkal, if you are by-passing the same. Room is good. Given 3 star rating for amenities as the cot in the allocated room made lot of noise.

Worst hotel ever stayed. Uncleaned room and ambiance. Taste and service of restaurant are not upto the mark. We skipped Breakfast here eventgough it is complimentary because of inferior quality.

Bad smell at the room. Toilet flush was not working properly, we complained them and they said it will be like that only. Food also not good , totally waste going to this hotel for stay.

The standard rooms are old structures and the bed is very hard since it was upside down, so our family members have pain in the morning. The only thing is that the food tastes good.

renovation work was going on. They allotted a room which was not cleaned after the previous customer had vacated. even the bed was not made . nothing.Lobby was very dusty ...

They won't give hot water at 6am for drinking. poor front office staffs. had a horrible time during check out. Not allowing to use pool at 1745hrs.

Even after showing booking id, they said you haven't booked. After few arguments got the room. We weren't provided with any basic toileteries needs.

Maintenance and service is poor.Food is average. Car parking will be always full..security will always suggest to park your car ourltside..

In two words. Horrible stay.No hot water, TV not working, No towel, Blanket is full of stains,No wifi. Toilet flush not working.
