Worst experience we had at this hotel. The room was not clean and restroom was stinky and fittings were broken. No toiletries were provided and on demand they provided towel which was very dirty and we never used it. TV and Intercom were not working. The loud music from the pub next building was annoying. The only consolation was the location.

On asking the manager to the change the room, He did change, but that room was very poorly designed. The fan is very far from the bed. And the ACs do not work in any room. On asking to change the room again, the manager refused by saying that all rooms are occupied. On lodging a complain, he changed the room.

very poor service, cockroaches and mosquito s are flying over there. sheets are not changed. stains are present over the sheet and towel. all over rooms are very dirty and washroom, we cannot able to enter. The flush is not working. very very poor service

It's the worst experience I've ever seen, i will give 1/10 rating. The staff's behaviour is too rude. hygiene is very pathetic, especially toilet ac is not perfectly working. i will never promote to stay here. its very horrible experience.

Worst hotel. Rooms are stinky , beds are filthy with marks on them. Its purely for hookup couples for hrs stay. I left room within 20 min after checkin. Avoid this hotelDirty rooms and beds. No pillow covers

Literally, there is nothing at that place don’t fall for classic room they will write with AC, but won’t be working, room and bathroom are not cleaned, linens are worst.

Horrible experience, I asked the manager to change the bedsheets so many times but he didn’t. Bedsheets pillow covers everything was dirty with stains

The hotel is pathetic. Location is at the prime area this it. . We were asked to pay additional Rs.500/- at reception & forced to wait 1 hour .
