very very very bad experience...and one imp thing hotel platinum booked room under the name of hotel mountain ash. i booked my room here but during the time of checkin they didn't let me in because they have already given my room to some one else and although i already paid for it and this scenario happen at night.... and the boy at reception he is really pathetic.

please don't select this hotel , poor room service and cleanliness, 5 times i have contacted the reception for bath towel phone and the lift was not working. after 2hour they came to my room after i make the complaint on reception 2 times. so please nobody select this hotel
