the hotel ashoka imperial is not good at all in terms of service.i booked my room for 2 days with breakfast.they don't have breakfast menu for the customer.1st day they served me 1 idli and 1 Sosa. that's it. 2nd day they asked me for only 1 aaloo paratha and idli and if asked for more (after 1 time) they will charge with the high charge.rooms r OK. hence I m not satisfied with this hotel management.i will u guys plz don't come here.if come,come at your own risk.

Had i had an option of giving 0 star, i would have done that.🤬 My check in was denied enough though the booking was available and the payment done completely. The staff at the reception was very rude in behaviour and not even ready to assist me with the problem. Property not really so good, I regretted making a booking there just bcoz it was close to airport. The booking amt wasn't even refunfed to me.

it was a nice experience at Ashoka Imperial clean rooms, ac, fridge, fresh towels, hot water, room service, break fast. all quality service thanks to the owner for accepting Early CheckIn. cheerz :)

The Hotel cancelled the booking on time. They asked for more money and denied refund on cancellation. They did not even inform earlier about Hotel under maintenance
