Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend The location of the hotel was quite inconvenient. It was difficult to find on apps like Uber and Rapido, and even while ordering food, I had to use nearby landmarks because the hotel didn’t show up on delivery apps. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that breakfast was not available and asked me to contact the booking platform for a refund. I was shown two rooms initially, both of which were in very poor condition. One had no water in the bathroom, and the other had dirty water. I contacted Goibibo customer support to cancel the booking, but the cancellation couldn’t be processed. Eventually, the hotel manager stepped in and was more helpful than the rest of the staff. He offered me a premium room, which was slightly better compared to the earlier ones. However, the overall property is quite old and lacks proper maintenance. This was not the experience I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless there are significant improvements.
